Moonlight Auto Pvt. Ltd., is a manufacturer, exporter and supplier of a wide range
of auto parts & components like Jacks, Pedals, Spare Wheel Mountings,
Parking Hand brakes, Stampings/Pressings, Exhaust systems, White goods and
much more.
The Moonlight group was incorporated in the year 1989 with an idea to take
over the established family business of partnership concern started in the
year 1968 in Ludhiana, Punjab. Since then .the company has grown steadily
in size and capability. The company became Private Limited in 1990 and subsequently
Deemed Limited in1998 by generating and contributing to the growth of sales
every year.
The group is spread over three different plants /Iocations with a facility
of each plant spread on sprawling 90,000, 45,000,and 72,000 Sqft. area.
The business area involves manufacturing & assembly of sheet metal pressings,
turning components, etc. for wide spectrum of industry including Automobile
(2&3 wheeler, Passenger Cars, LCV & Trucks, Tractors, etc.). Electrical,
Electronics, Consumer Appliances, White Goods Industry, etc.
Moonlight has the capability to supply any intricate assembly as ''Full Service
Supplier" incorporating the various components of rubber, plastic, mouldings
& hardware like springs, nuts & bolts,etc. and processes like welding,
painting, powder coating, plating, machining, forging, casting etc.
With our outstanding R&D, modern techniques and facilities and state
of art design office with CAD & CAM setup and highly skilled workmanship
combined with a strong commitment to customer service has established MOONLIGHT
in the mind of customers as a highly respected manufacturer.Moonlight has
developed handful of import substitute items required for various reputed
concerns in India.
The company has entered into technical licensing agreement with leading component
manufacturing companies of U.K and Spain, with the commitment to continuously
upgrade its existing technology with the latest imported CNC machines.
The company has an annual turnover exceeding $ 4.4 Million with a pool of
highly trained and motivated workforce of over 350, managed by a team of
professional managers who are second to none.
We are O.E suppliers to Ford (India & Global), General Motors, Maruti-Suzuki,
Honda (India &U.K), Telco, BPL, JCT Electronics, Godrej, ABB, Hero Motors,
Fiat, Punjab Tractors, Swaraj Mazda, etc.
